That's a Bb Major Triad harmony with a flat 9th (Bb, Cb, D, F, Bb) on the "Head", and a Bb7 with a flat 9th on solos; Dave told me I'd gotten that correctly many years ago, when I sent him a copy (he was always so very nice to so many musicians who contacted him and got to know him - I do miss him and Iola, who were a couple of the kindest, and very aware human beings, I've ever had the honor and the pleasure of being friends with).
