Improvising on Riffraff ~

I was messing around with the first motive of Riffraff, settling on this exercize on transposing it to the augmented fourth interval on each of the basic blues chords. Coincidentally, it turns out to be the Double Phrygian scale. It is also one of my LJI Bichordal Pitch Collections, combining in this case F and B triads.

I have a book out on the development of the motives and specific rhythms contained in Riffraff.
